29 CFR 1910.37(a)(3): Stairs or a ramp were not provided where the exit route was not substantially level. a). Shelling Plant - On or about and times prior to March 7, 2017, there was a change in elevation of approximately 16 inches from the interior building floor to the outdoor ground level when exiting from the Electric Eye exit door, thus exposing employees to a trip and fall hazard.
