29 CFR 1926.961(c)(6): The employer did not verify that lines and equipment were deenergized by testing the lines and equipment to be worked with a device designed to detect voltage: Transformer distribution work site: On or about March 7, 2017; the employer did not test the lines and equipment to verify the absence of voltage before employees worked on transformers. This condition exposed the employees to electrical shock hazards.
