29 CFR 1910.1025(h)(1): All surfaces were not maintained as free as practicable of accumulations of lead. a) H Hansen Industries located on the Lewis J Kuber Barge docked at 600 Millard Avenue Oregon, OH, 43616, on or about March 24, 2017 the employer did not ensure that the water cooler inside the lunch room was kept as free as practicable of the accumulation of lead, exposing employees to the possible consumption of lead. Exposure to lead can cause anemia, weakness, and kidney and brain damage.
