29 CFR 1926.404(f)(6): Grounding path. The path to ground from circuits, equipment, and enclosures was not permanent and continuous: location: entire site on or about: 3/2/17 a) An employee was using electrical equipment, including saws while engaged in residential carpentry. The equipment were plugged into extension cords. The grounding pin for two of the cords were missing. NOTE: Because abatement of this violation is already documented in the inspection casefile, the employer need not submit certification or documentation of abatement for this violation as normally required by 29 CFR 1903.19.
