29 CFR 1926.503(a)(1): The employer did not provide a training program for each employee potentially exposed to fall hazards to enable each employee to recognize the hazards of falling and the procedures to be followed in order to minimize these hazards: A.) On or about Friday, June 10, 2016 at 264-11 60th Avenue, Little Neck, NY 11362 The employer failed to provide employees exposed to a fall hazard of approximately fifteen (15) feet to the lower level while installing waterproofing paper on a residential rooftop effective training and information to identify fall hazards. EUROPEAN DECO INC. WAS PREVIOUSLY CITED FOR A VIOLATION OF THIS OCCUPATIONAL SAFETY AND HEALTH STANDARD 1926.503(a)(1), WHICH WAS CONTAINED IN OSHA INSPECTION NUMBER 916297, CITATION NUMBER 01, ITEM NUMBER 002 (b) AND WAS AFFIRMED AS A FINAL ORDER ON 08/06/2013, WITH RESPECT TO A WORKPLACE LOCATED AT 184-45 RADNOR ROAD, JAMAICA, NY 11412. WRITTEN ABATEMENT DOCUMENTATION IS REQUIRED PURSUANT TO 29 CFR 1903.19
