29 CFR 1910.303(f)(2): Each service, feeder, and branch circuit, at its disconnecting means or overcurrent device, was not legibly marked to indicate its purpose, nor located and arranged so the purpose was evident: On, or about, March 3, 2017, in the following locations, the purpose of branch circuits had not been provided on the following electrical equipment: A. Main Floor: A General Electric Flex-a-Plug that supplied power to the Wave Wash room. B. Main Electrical Room: An ITE 120/208 volt panelboard that contained five circuits in the on position.
