OSH ACT of 1970 Section (5)(a)(1): The employer did not furnish employment and a place of employment which were free from recognized hazards that were causing or likely to cause death or serious physical harm to employees in that employees were exposed to struck-by and crush hazards: a) At Elberta Famers COOP (Fertilizer Warehouse): On or about February 21, 2017 and at times prior; the employer failed to ensure storage racks located throughout the facility had column base plated installed and were anchored to the floor were stable, exposing employees to struck-by and crush hazards. b) At Elberta Famers COOP (Feed Warehouse): On or about February 21, 2017 and at times prior; the employer failed to ensure storage racks located throughout the facility had column base plated installed and were anchored to the floor exposing employees to struck-by and crush hazards.
