29 CFR 1910.147(c)(7)(i)(A): The employer did not ensure that each authorized employee received training in the recognition of applicable hazardous energy sources, the type and magnitude of the energy available in the workplace, and the methods and means necessary for energy isolation and control: At 3883 Delor Street, St. Louis, MO 63116, specifically Building No. 2, Work Center #1902, the employer did not ensure that authorized employee(s) were able to isolate the Bystronic Press Brake, m/n Beyeler PR320 1 PC, from all of its energy sources. Authorized employee(s) were exposed to a serious caught-in hazard because of this lack of training. This violation was observed on 02/13/17.
