29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b): On or about February 8, 2017, at Lot 57, 4419 Clubside Drive, Gainesville, Georgia: a) Two employees performing roofing work were exposed to a fall hazard of approximately 20.7-feet and greater while working on an approximately 6/12 slope roof and 10/12 slope gables without using fall protection. b) Two employees performing roofing work were exposed to a fall hazard of approximately 20.7-feet and greater while using rock climbing harness and attaching ropes to carabiners directly to the webbing of the rock climbing harness at their waists.
