29 CFR 1926.20(b)(2): Such programs shall provide for frequent and regular inspections of the job sites, materials, and equipment to be made by competent persons designated by the employers. (a) Turner Construction Company, 222 Milwaukee Street, Denver, CO 80206: On and before February 1, 2017, the employer failed to get verification or documentation from a competent person that the concrete formwork supported scaffold and related materials and equipment had been inspected by the competent person on a frequent and regular basis.
