29 CFR 1910.1200(g)(8): The employer did not maintain copies of the required material safety data sheets for each hazardous chemical in the workplace: (Construction Reference: 1926.59) At the jobsite located at 10420 W. 50th Place in Shawnee, Kansas; An employee engaged in plumbing activities repairing a sewer line was exposed to dermal and inhalation hazards from exposure to hazardous chemicals in that a copy of the required safety data sheet for A-6 ABS cement for pipe and fitting was not maintained at the jobsite.
