29 CFR 1910.219(b)(1)(iv): Flywheels with smooth rims five (5) feet or less in diameter, were not guarded in a manner as to cover the spokes of the wheel on the exposed side and present a smooth surface and edge, at the same time providing means for periodic inspection. a) Shop Area- On or about 1/26/2017, employees were exposed to caught-in hazards if they reached into the area of the flywheel area.
