29 CFR 1926.95(a): Protective equipment, including personal protective equipment for eyes, face, head, and extremities, protective clothing, respiratory devices, and protective shields and barriers, were not provided: At the job site located at 790 S. Buchanan in Amarillo, Texas employees were not provided with appropriate electrical protective equipment to prevent burns from exposure to an arc-flash incident, or contact with exposed and energized electrical parts while working with energized circuits. 1) On or about January 21, 2017 and times prior thereto, while drilling holes for the disconnect plug at the 480V/3000 Amp Busway. 2) On or about April 6 2017 and times prior thereto, while pulling wire into the breaker panel in the main electric room on the first floor.
