29 CFR 1910.22(a)(1): The employer failed to provide a clean and sanitary condition for all places of employment, passageways, storerooms, service rooms, and walking-working surfaces. On or about 1/25/17 in the main Gin Building entry and in the employee break room; the employer failed to clean the floors where an accumulation of trash and other debris was present; thus exposing employees to sanitation hazards.
