29 CFR 1910.410(a)(1): Each dive team member did not have the experience or training necessary to perform assigned tasks in a safe and healthful manner (is applicable to the construction standard by 29 CFR 1926.1076 that incorporates the General Industry requirement): On or about January 12, 2017, at the above addressed jobsite, two employees who were members of a dive team did not have the experience or training required to perform tasks in a safe manner while diving in zero-visibility sewage contaminated water in an excavation.
