WAS PREVIOUSLY CITED FOR A VIOLATION OF THIS OCCUPATIONAL SAFETY AND HEALTH STANDARD OR ITS EQUIVALENT STANDARD 29 CFR 1910.176(b), WHICH WAS CONTAINED IN OSHA INSPECTION NUMBER 1123864, CITATION NUMBER 001 ITEM NUMBER 0004 AND WAS AFFIRMED AS A FINAL ORDER ON AUGUST 18, 2016, WITH RESPECT TO A WORKPLACE LOCATED AT 1880 LONE STAR DR, DALLAS, TX 75212.
