29 CFR 1910.106(d)(2)(iii): Flammable or combustible liquid containers were not in accordance with Table H12: The employer is failing to ensure that employees are not exposed to fire and inhalation hazards. This was most recently documented on January 4, 2017 at 1120 North 18th Street Omaha Nebraska. The employer is failing to ensure that container(s) used to transfer and hold solvent (Isopropyl Alcohol) in the paint booth area were constructed of approved material in accordance with Table H12.
