29 CFR 1910.305(g)(1)(iv)(B): Flexible cords and cables were run through holes in walls, ceilings, or floors: a) 115 East Centre Street, In the Imaging Room, Nutley, NJ. Employees were exposed to the hazard of fire as the cord from the outlet by the floor, and adjacent to the chiller, went up the wall and through the ceiling tile, which is a fire hazard. Violation occurred on or about 10/31/2016.
