29 CFR 1910.212(a)(3)(ii): Point(s) of operation of machinery were not guarded to prevent employee(s) from having any part of their body in the danger zone(s) during operating cycle(s): a) Palram 2000, Inc., P3 - On or about December 13, 2016, the point of operation of the clamp bar / beam on the Bryer Extrusion Lines brand D-78224 cross cutting saw was not guarded by physical barriers, physical devices, or by restricting access to prevent employees from having their fingers, hands or other body parts in the danger zone during operating cycles. b) Palram 2000, Inc., P3 - On or about December 13, 2016, the point of operation of the knife blade on the Bryer Extrusion Lines brand D-78224 cross cutting saw was not guarded by physical barriers, physical devices, or by restricting access to prevent employees from having their fingers, hands or other body parts in the danger zone during operating cycles. c) Palram 2000, Inc., P3 - On or about December 13, 2016, the point of operation of the saw blade on the Bryer Extrusion Lines brand D-78224 cross cutting saw was not guarded by physical barriers, physical devices, or by restricting access to prevent employees from having their fingers, hands or other body parts in the danger zone during operating cycles.
