29 CFR 1926.200(g)(1): Construction areas were not posted with legible traffic signs at points of hazards: The employer is failing to protect employees from struck-by hazards associated with moving vehicles when assisting in the installation and set-up of a natural gas booster compressor. This was most recently documented on or about December 13, 2016, at the Colt Energy Incorporated jobsite located between 22000 and 23000 Labette County Road and Brown Road Cherryvale, Kansas, as the employer did not provide caution or warning signs advising motorists of work being performed on or along the roadway not associated with road construction, exposing employees to struck-by hazards.
