29 CFR 1910.24(h): Standard railings were not provided on the open sides of all exposed stairways and stair platforms: On or about 12/7/2016 in the L.U.M. area, employees were exposed to fall hazards of six inches to the powered conveyor, and 30 inches to the concrete floor below where the industrial stairs provided to employees to cross from one side of the 24 inch high conveyor to the other side were missing handrails.
