29 CFR 1926.1053(b)(9): The area around the top and bottom of ladders was not kept clear: a. On or about December 2, 2016, at the above addressed jobsite, employees were exposed to slip, trip and fall hazards when the bottom of the ladder was not kept clear of debris, including but not limited to, piles of discarded shingles and nails.
