29 CFR 1910.269(r)(1)(ii): There was not a second line-clearance tree trimmer within normal (that is, unassisted) voice communication under any of the conditions set forth in paragraphs [A] through [C]: a) At 7020 Firethorn Drive, Beaumont, TX, a second line-clearance tree trimmer was not within voice communication when a line-clearance tree trimmer was to approach a conductor more closely than 10 feet, and when the branches and limbs being removed were less than 2.5 feet from lines energized at more than 750 volts, exposing employee to electrical hazards.
