29 CFR 1926.451(c)(2)(iv): Front-end loaders and similar pieces of equipment were used to support scaffold platforms when they were not specifically designed by the manufacturer for such use: a) Worksite was located at 141 Route 23 South, Pequannock, NJ 07440 An employee was exposed to fall hazards as the supported scaffold platform he was raised on was not attached to the fork on the all terrain forklift that was used to elevate him to a height of approximately 25 feet above the ground. Violation occurred on or about 11/18/2016.
