29 CFR 1910.213(c)(1): Circular handfed ripsaw(s) were not guarded by an automatically adjusting hood which completely enclosed that portion of the saw above the table and above the material being cut: a) On or about 11/18/16 in the Bay area; employee was exposed to hazard of contacting an unguarded rotating saw blade when the table circular saw ( Craftsman brand - model 137.218071 ) was used to cut pieces of wood.
