29 CFR 1910.106(e)(9)(iii): Combustible waste material and residues in a building or unit operating area were not kept to a minimum, stored in covered metal receptacles and disposed of daily: (a) On or about October 12, 2016, and at times prior, Wal-Mart Stores, Inc. did not ensure that combustible waste material and residues in a building were kept to a minimum, stored in covered metal receptacles and disposed of daily. Employees were exposed to fire hazards in that oily rags were stored in open plastic containers, and disposed of weekly.
