OSH ACT of 1970 Section (5)(a)(1): The employer did not furnish employment and a place of employment which were free from recognized hazards that were causing or likely to cause death or serious physical harm to employees in that employees were exposed to fall hazards while working and walking on free-turning conveyor rollers: (a) On or about January 11, 2017 and March 17, 2017, in the tote wash area: Employees positioning totes and setting up/removing washing heads were exposed to slip and fall hazards while standing on the free-turning rollers of the conveyors located approximately 23 inches from the concrete surface below.
