29 CFR 1926.102(a)(1): Eye and face protective equipment were not used when machines or operations presented potential eye or face injury from physical, chemical, or radiation agents. Location: 64 University Ave., Westwood, MA - Jobsite On or about October 27, 2016, employees were exposed to struck-by hazards from flying debris, while using nail guns, saws and drills, where proper eye protection was not used or provided.
