29 CFR 1910.212(a)(1): One or more methods of machine guarding was not provided to protect the operator and other employees in the machine area from hazards such as those created by point of operation, ingoing nip points, rotating parts, flying chips and sparks: a. At the Machine Shop; employees are using an unguarded Cincinnati Bickford Radial Drill, administrated number F-69, unknown serial and model number, exposing employees to caught on hazards. b. At the Machine Shop; employees are using an unguarded VDF, Wohlenberg-Hannover Lathe, administrated number F-20, serial number 222 and unknown model number, exposing employees to caught on hazards. c. At the Weld Shop; employees are using an unguarded Jet Drill Press, unknown serial number and model number JDP-20MF, exposing employees to caught on hazards. d. At the Weld Shop; employees are using an unguarded DoAll Band Saw, Administrated number BS 43, unknown serial number and model number, exposing employees to caught on hazards. e.
