29 CFR 1910.176(b): Material stored in tiers was not stacked, blocked, interlocked or limited in height so that it was stable and secure against sliding and collapse: a) Warehouse - Tiered bundles of towels and other textiles were not secured by a method designed to prevent the tiers from sliding or collapsing. Bundles were stacked up to approximately fourteen (14) feet high with the weights ranging from seventy-five (75) to one-thousand (1,000) pounds, exposing employees to struck-by hazards. Observed on or about 19 OCT 2016.
