29 CFR 1926.451(b)(2): Scaffold platforms and walkways were not at least 18 inches wide: a) On October 19, 2016, employees were exposed to the hazard of falling, approximately 15 feet to the ground, while performing carpentry work from a supported scaffold platform that was not at least 18 inches wide. In accordance with 29 CFR 1903.19(c), abatement certification is required for this violation (using the CERTIFICATION OF CORRECTIVE ACTION WORKSHEET).
