29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system. a) 11 Pondview Court, Evesham, NJ: On or about 10/05/2016 two Station Builders Inc. employees were conducting roof sheathing activities on a two story new construction residential structure. The employees were not using any form of fall protection and were thus exposed to fall hazards of greater than 24 feet from the roof's eves to the ground below.
