Chemical splash resistant goggles were not provided, on or about 9/23/16. b) Hitachi Automotive Systems Americas, Inc. - In building 1, behind line 5, employees manually pump Renoclean, classified as corrosive, from the 55 gallon drums into five gallon buckets.
