29 CFR 1926.503(a)(2)(ii): The employer did not assure that each employee, as necessary, had been trained by a competent person in the correct procedures for erecting, maintaining, disassembling and inspecting the fall protection systems to be used: On or about 9/01/2016, at the above addressed jobsite, the employer did not provide effective training to employees who were anchoring their fall protection arrest equipment to the bracings of the formwork and from rebar's sticking out on one of the columns.
