29 CFR 1926.503(a)(1): The employer did not provide a training program for each employee who might be exposed to fall hazards. At this residential construction site, the employer did not provide employees with fall protection training; to include the use of fall protection and/or other methods to eliminate or reduce fall hazards. Employees were exposed to fall hazards greater than 6 feet, while conducting framing and decking work.
