29 CFR 1910.146(c)(1): The employer did not evaluate the workplace to determine if any spaces were permit-required confined spaces: a) Dassault Aircraft Services/New Castle, DE - On or about August, 5, 2016, the employer did not evaluate the workplace to determine if any spaces were permit required confined spaces. Employees enter aircraft fuel tanks to clean and maintain them using hazardous substances that include inhalational toxicants, which can result in a hazardous atmosphere.
