29 CFR 1910.157(e)(2): Portable fire extinguishers were not visually inspected at least monthly: (a) Dollar General Corporation/ Dollar General Store #12556 - On or about August 31, 2016, the employer did not ensure that the fire extinguishers were inspected monthly. 1. The Dollar General Corporation was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard which is inspection number 1008065, citation 2 item 1 and was affirmed as a final order on November 13, 2014 with respect to store number 7562, the inspection occurred in Bear DE which is in the Wilmington Area Office jurisdiction.
