29 CFR 1910.22(b)(1): Aisles and passageways were not kept clear and in good repair, with no obstruction across or in aisles that could create a hazard. a) On or about 8/10/2016, and at times prior to, the U.S. Postal Service employees working at the facility located at 835 South 7th Street in Louisville, KY were exposed to trip and fall hazards from damaged concrete and a warped floor grate in the parking garage. The U.S. Postal Service was previously cited for a violation of 29 CFR 1910.37(b)(2), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1118358, citation number 1, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on 10/20/2016, with respect to a workplace located at 1720 Market Street, Saint Louis, MO 63155. In accordance with 29 CFR 1903.19(c), abatement certification is required for this violation (using the CERTIFICATION OF CORRECTIVE ACTION WORKSHEET).
