29 CFR 1910.1030(c)(1)(i): The employer having employee(s) with occupational exposure did not establish a written Exposure Control Plan designed to eliminate or minimize employee exposure: a. At the Plant, on or about August 8, 2016, twenty-two (22) employees who were expected to provide first-aid services to injured co-workers did not have an established written Exposure Control Plan from their employer, designed to eliminate or minimize employee exposure to bloodborne pathogens and other potentially infectious material hazards.
