29 CFR 1910.119(d)(3)(i)(H): Process safety information pertaining to the equipment in the process did not include the safety systems (e.g., interlocks, detection or suppression systems): a) Pinnacle Propane Express, LLC- On or about July 28, 2016, the employer failed to ensure that the process safety information pertaining to the equipment in the propane filling process included the safety systems. Identified safety systems include but are not limited to Emergency Stop(s) (e-stop). This condition exposed employees to inhalation, fire, and explosion hazards.
