29 CFR 1910.1025(d)(1)(ii): Full shift (for at least seven -7 continuous hours) personal samples for lead were not collected including at least one sample for each shift for each job classification in each work area: (a) On or about July 27, 2016, the employer failed to assess employee exposure to lead, in that full shift (for at least seven -7 continuous hours) personal samples for lead were not collected including at least one sample for each shift for each job classification in each work area. Employees performing range attendant or range cleaning duties in the shooting range area were exposed to toxic substance hazards from airborne lead. Abatement certification is required for this item; use the CERTIFICATION OF CORRECTIVE ACTION WORKSHEET for this purpose.
