29 CFR 1926.352(d): Suitable fire extinguishing equipment was not immediately available in the work area(s) where welding, cutting, or heating was being performed: a) On or about July 18, 2016 and at times prior thereto employees were welding in an aerial lift, where an inadequate Class 10-B/C fire extinguisher was used to attempt to extinguish combustible galvanized steel, a cotton tarp, welding lead coating, and various pieces of wood. NOTE-Abatement certification and documentation are required for this item.
