29 CFR 1926.62(i)(5)(i): The employer did not provide adequate handwashing facilities in accordance with 29 CFR 1926.51(f), for use by employees exposed to lead: a) On and before 7/19/2016, throughout 960 Broadway building, employees were exposed to lead while performing work such as, but not limited to, demolition, carpentry, and cleanup activities in an area where lead was present in debris on the floor and in paint on the walls, ceilings, columns, and surfaces. The employer did not provide facilities or equipment for handwashing.
