29 CFR 1910.101(b): The in-plant handling, storage, and utilization of all compressed gases in cylinders, portable tanks, rail tankcars, or motor vehicle cargo tanks were not in accordance with Compressed Gas Association Pamphlet P-1-1965, which is incorporated by reference as specified in 29CFR 1910.6: The employer does not ensure that stored, compressed gas cylinders are stored in accordance with Compressed Gas Association Pamphlet P-1-1965. This violation was observed on or about July 13, 2016 when compressed gas cylinders were not secured or provided with protective caps in the caulk and deck department. Employees were exposed to fire, explosion and struck by hazards. Pursuant to 29 CFR 1903.19, within (10) calendar days of the date of this citation, the employer must submit documentation describing the steps taken to ensure compressed gas cylinders are stored in accordance with Compressed Gas Association Pamphlet P-1-1965
