29 CFR 1926.503(a)(1): The employer did not provide a training program for each employee potentially exposed to fall hazards to enable each employee to recognize the hazards of falling and the procedures to be followed in order to minimize these hazards: On or about 6/29/2016, employees exposed to a fall hazard while working at elevated levels were not adequately trained to recognize fall hazards or procedures to be followed in order to minimize these hazards. PLEASE NOTE: DOCUMENTATION AND CERTIFICATION OF ABATEMENT IS REQUIRED FOR THIS VIOLATION. Southern Chills, Inc. was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1926.503(a)(1), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1107510, citation number 01, item number 003, issued on 1/6/2016, with respect to a workplace located at 11160 SW 225th Terrace, Miami, Florida 33130, which became a final order on 1/21/2016.
