29 CFR 1926.1053(b)(4): Ladder(s) were used for purposes other than the purpose for which they were designed. a) Worksite was located at 151 Fairfield Avenue, Verona, NJ 07044. Employees were exposed to fall hazards as they were using a Werner 10 Foot A-Frame Step Ladder that was in the closed position for access and egress to and from the bottom of the excavation. Violation was observed on or about 6/21/2016 and 6/22/2016.
