29 CFR 1926.100(a): Employees working in areas where there was a possible danger of head injury from impact, or falling or flying objects, or from electrical shock and burns, were not protected by protective helmets: a- 258 Gordon Road, Block 26.03, Lot 8, Robbinsville NJ: A company employee, not utilizing any head/struck by protection, was exposed to struck by hazards when performing roof truss placement and when working directly beneath employees who were using unsecured hand tools, pneumatic nailers, etc. Condition noted on or about 05/24/16. NOTE: IN ADDITION TO ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION, THE EMPLOYER IS REQUIRED TO SUBMIT ABATEMENT DOCUMENTATION FOR THIS ITEM, FAILURE TO COMPLY WILL RESULT IN AN ADDITIONAL PENALTY OF $1000.00 IN ACCORDANCE WITH 29 CFR 1903.19.
