29 CFR 1910.107(g)(2): All spraying areas were not kept as free from the accumulation of deposits of combustible residues as practical, with cleaning conducted daily if necessary: (a) On or about July 7, 2016, the employer failed to protect employees from fire, explosion, and smoke hazards in that there is significant accumulation of deposits of combustible residues within and surrounding the spraying area where employees spray combustible and explosive material, including, but not limited to Elgen Water Based Liner Adhesive, Capital Hardware Elgen 100% Silicone Sealant and Adhesive, and Elgen Duct Sealer. Abatement certification is required for this item; use the CERTIFICATION OF CORRECTIVE ACTION WORKSHEET for this purpose.
