29 CFR 1926.1417(q): The equipment was used to drag or pull loads sideways. On or about May 11, 2016; a LIEBHERR LTM 1500 mobile crane, serial #073-222, was used to pull a load sideways during a lifting operation, exposing employees to struck-by hazards.
