29 CFR 1910.179(j)(2): Frequent inspections of the cranes were not performed at intervals as generally defined in paragraph (j)(1)(ii)(a) of this section or as specifically indicated: On or about April 25, 2016, the employer failed to ensure that the overhead crane in use at the facility had received frequent inspections. Monthly inspections had not been performed on the overhead crane located in the facility and used by employees.
